How I did it | Behind the scenes of how Tyler made his favorite image from Christina and Eric’s wedding in Charlotte, North Carolina

How I did it | Behind the scenes of how Tyler made his favorite image from Christina and Eric’s wedding in Charlotte, North Carolina

Hello everyone!! Nice to be back on the Wirkshop Series page. Life has been super busy around here full of shooting weddings and helping photographers around the world with our mentor sessions but I am happy to be updating this page. Today I decided to get back on the blogging horse and get all of my pages updated. Over on the Wirken Photography blog I posted about Christina and Eric’s wedding in Charlotte, North Carolina which included perhaps one of my favorite images I have made to date. As I was writing that post and thinking about this particular image and what it took to make it I decided it was the perfect time to do a cross post on the Wirkshop Series page. This page is dedicated to all things photography education so it made sense so it was a win win! Instead of making you all sit through a novel explaining how I got this shot I decided to whip out my cell phone and make a little video. This is a very raw video with no editing but it gets the job done. 🙂 I hope you enjoy this first edition of How I did it and I assure you they will be much more polished in the future. Sit back and enjoy listening how I was able to tell the story of Christina and how much her grandmother meant to her on her wedding day. I hope you find it helpful.  ... Read More
