NEW WIRKSHOP | WASHINGTON, DC | SEPTEMBER 18 & 19 2019

This two day Wirkshop, taught by Tyler Wirken, will be a free flowing day rooted around the art of the moment.

Day one will consist of mainly of classroom instruction by Tyler touching on his photojournalism background and how he integrates that into his weddings and family work.

Day one topics will focus on the idea of taking a hands off approach to documenting weddings and families and why it is so important.

Topics will range from-
-how to shift your perception of what wedding and family photography is supposed to be and getting clients on board
-mastering the art of capturing fleeting moments technically
-Using light, moment, composition to build the perfect image
-how to mentally handle the wedding day and find the best image possible in any given situation.

Day two will be spent on review of each students wedding/family work, which will lead to open discussions and lessons that will apply, not only to the individual, but to the group as a whole allowing Tyler the opportunity to identify areas of individual improvement. Due to the day 2 class being such an intimate one on one experience it is limited to no more than 8 students max.
